UniData, an IP-based handset manufacturer and BroadSoft, Inc., the leading provider of VoIP application software, announced today that they have completed interoperability validation between BroadSoft’s BroadWorksÂ® VoIP application platform and WPU 7700.

The WPU 7700 uses Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to communicate with BroadWorks for call control. It translates voice to audio packets for transmission across a packet network.
Under contract with LG Dacom, June, 2007 released WPU 7000 and WPU 7700, September 2008 recorded remarkably 880,000PCS sales.
